PURPOSE: Provided is a UV curable acrylate oligomer, which overcomes a difficulty in curing under air condition and gives excellent anti-static property, non-slip property, soil resistance and anti-fouling property to the surface of a flooring material. CONSTITUTION: The UV curable acrylate oligomer is represented by formula 1, wherein R3 is an aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic compound, or oligomers thereof; X is a compound represented by formula 4 or 5; and Y is a polyester polyol represented by formula 2 or a polyether polyol represented by formula 3. The UV curable acrylate oligomer is prepared by the process comprising the steps of: reacting a chlorine -containing polyether polyol represented by formula 3 optionally with a polyester polyol represented by formula 2 with a part of isocyanate functional groups in an aliphatic isocyanate compound; and further reacting unreacted isocyanate groups with a hydroxyl-containing acrylate represented by formula 4, or a hydroxyl-containing polyalkylene glycol macromer represented by formula 5. In formulas 2 and 3, each of R4, R5, R6 and R7 is a C2-C10 aliphatic or aromatic compound, and each of n and o is 1-20. In formulas 4 and 5, R1 is H or CH3, and each of R8 and R9 is a C2-C6 alkylene.
