RECEPTOR FOR SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE SENSOR SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A receptor for a surface plasmon resonance sensor system is provided to precisely analyze bio molecules by utilizing variation of a refractive index which varies according to a density of a substance contained in a solution. CONSTITUTION: A receptor(50) for a surface plasmon resonance sensor system includes a single strand nucleic acid detecting section for detecting a signal strand nucleic acid coupled with a predetermined substance to be analyzed. A spacer section is provided to support a structure of the single strand nucleic acid detecting section. A reactor section including a reactor is provided for attaching the substance to the reactor. The receptor(50) is mounted on a sensor section of the surface plasmon resonance sensor system in order to precisely analyze the substance based on variation of the refractive index.
