RESIN FOR NON-TAR TYPE ANTICORROSIVE PAINT THAT QUICKLY HARDENS AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND ANTICORROSIVE PAINT COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A resin for a non-tar type anticorrosive paint that quickly hardens at low temperature is provided to make possible to use at low temperature, increase the pot-life, improve the workability and reduce the hardening time. The resin forms a film with improved solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, seawater resistance, chemical resistance, adhesiveness between painted layers when being repainted and less whitening, and does not cause safety or environmental problem. CONSTITUTION: The resin for a non-tar type anticorrosive paint that quickly hardens at low temperature comprises: 80-98wt% of an epoxy resin(A) having the epoxy equivalent amount of 150-600g/eq and at least two epoxy groups in the molecule; and 2-20wt% of an epoxy acrylate resin(B) which is prepared by carrying out addition reaction between a low molecular weight epoxy resin and unsaturated carbonic acid with a molar ratio of 1:0.5-1. An anticorrosive paint composition containing the resin further comprises 10-100pts.wt of an amine-type hardening agent based on the total amount of the epoxy resin as 100pts.wt.
