HEAVY EQUIPMENT HAVING ON-LINE OIL STATE DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM, SENSING REPLACEMENT TIME OF OIL AND ABNORMAL STATE IN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

PURPOSE: Heavy equipment having an on-line state diagnosis system is provided to exactly measure oil of a hydraulic system in real time by a simple method. CONSTITUTION: Heavy equipment has a hydraulic circuit line including a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a main control valve, a remote control valve, a pipe, a hose, a hydraulic tank, and an oil cooler. The heavy equipment is mounted with an on-line state diagnosis system. The on-line state diagnosis system includes a sensor unit(14) installed for inflow of oil, to abstract oil flowing in a hydraulic circuit and to measure the pollution level of oil; a controller unit connected to the sensor unit; and a display unit connected to the controller unit. The controller unit comprises an oil state diagnosis program mounting part and a storage part receiving data about the oil pollution level sent from the sensor unit and storing data of the oil pollution level. The display unit indicates a warning function according to programs.
