MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR BY USING ILLITE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of alcoholic liquor by using illite is provided, thereby effectively removing bad taste and smell, and volatile substances, and minutely controlling the concentration of alcohol, so that high quality of alcoholic liquor can be manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of alcoholic liquor by using illite comprises the steps of: passing water through the column packed with illite or dipping illite in water and filtering the water to prepare water for liquor; adding 10 to 40%(v/v) of alcohol into the water for liquor, and passing the alcoholic liquor through the column packed with illite or dipping illite in the alcoholic liquor and filtering it; and treating the alcoholic liquor with active carbon to remove bad smell.
