BIO-POWDER CONTAINING TOURMALINE AND FELDSPAR AND BIO-CEMENT AND BIO-MORTAR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A bio-powder, bio-cement and bio-mortar are provided to improve physical properties, anions- and infrared rays-emitting effect of tourmaline by the use of natural feldspar as a property modifier, thereby giving a favorable effect on human health. CONSTITUTION: The bio-powder is prepared by homogeneously mixing 30-80 wt% of tourmaline powder having a particle size of 180 mesh and 20-70 wt% of natural feldspar powder having a particle size of 180 mesh. Particularly, the tourmaline powder is pre-treated with an acid solution such as 0.01-0.1 ppm HCl, HF, H2SO4, HNO3 and oxalic acid prior to mixing. The bio-cement is prepared by homogeneously mixing 60-85 wt% of cement and 40-15 wt% of the obtained bio-powder. Further, the bio-mortar is prepared by homogeneously mixing the above bio-cement and tourmaline sand.
