COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING SKIN WRINKLES, CONTAINING CARCININE(DECARBOXY CARNOSINE 2HCL) HAVING COLLAGEN SYNTHETIC AND ANTIOXIDANT EFFECTS

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition including carcinine(decarboxy carnosine 2HCl) having collagen synthetic and antioxidant effects is provided. It increases collagen synthesis and has antioxidant effect and thus has excellent safety for the skin and excellent material stability in cosmetic compositions while preventing the formation of wrinkles in the body. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition for preventing skin wrinkles contains 0.1 to 2% by weight of carcinine represented by the formula 1, based on the total weight of the composition, together with conventional cosmetic compositions. For an example, 0.1% by weight of carcinine is mixed with 0.5% by weight of salicylic acid, 5.0% by weight of 1,3-butylene glycol, 1.3% by weight of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 0.7% by weight of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, 15.0% by weight of ethanol, 0,2% by weight of flavorings, a suitable amount of preservatives and the balance of water.
