ITERATIVE SOFT INTERFERENCE CANCELLER OF LOW COMPLEXITY CONCOMITANT WITH FILTERING FOR REALIZING SPECTRAL EFFICIENCY TRANSMISSION IN TURBO CODE MIMO SYSTEM
PURPOSE: An iterative soft interference canceller of the low complexity concomitant with filtering for realizing spectral efficiency transmission in a turbo code MIMO(Multi-input multi-output) system are provided to sequentially cancel and suppress interference with other antennas by exchanging soft information between a decoder and a demodulator. CONSTITUTION: Receiving signals from a plurality of receiving antennas are respectively provided to a plurality of interference cancellers. The interference cancellers correspond to transmitting signals and cancel interference to the corresponding transmitting signal. The interference is cancelled by estimation of the transmitting signal and comparison of the receiving signal. Estimations of the transmitting signals from all transmitting antennas used for the interference cancellers is prepared. Each estimations is multiplied by a channel coefficient matrix induced from communication of a pilot symbol. A difference is generated corresponding to each multiplication result and each receiving signal by subtracting the multiplication result from the receiving signal. The corresponding difference is multiplied by a selected filter weight vector. The receiving signals are decoded based on the multiplication result of the difference and the filter weight vector. If predetermined interrupt criteria do not coincide, a decode signal is used in preparing estimation to succeeding interference cancel iteration.
