SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OFFERING FOUNDATION GUIDE INFORMATION TO FOUNDER BY USING OUT-BOUND FORM OF CALL CENTER WITH CATEGORIZED TELEPHONE NUMBER DATABASE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering the foundation guide information to a founder by using an out-bound form of a call center with a categorized telephone number database are provided to perform the TM(Tele-Marketing) marketing efficiency and timely, and make the founder receive a guide service needed for foundation timely. CONSTITUTION: A database manager(500) generates a founded independent businessman database by processing the categorized telephone numbers. A CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) server(200) connects a telephone(100) of a customer with the telephone of a consultant by receiving a TM target list from the database manager. The database manager includes a database server, a DBMS(DataBase Management System), and an integrated database. The integrated database includes a categorized telephone number database, the founded independent businessman database, and a foundation guide database.
