PURPOSE: A method of synthesizing £123I|mIBG(meta iodo benzyl guanidine) as a kind of a radioactive drug with automated mechanical equipment without manual methods is provided. It shortens the manufacturing time, massively produces uniform quality products and greatly reduces exposure to radiation. CONSTITUTION: The automatic synthesis apparatus comprises: a tube(101) comprising a main line and a plurality of auxiliary lines to transfer a reagent for synthesizing £123I|mIBG, iodine(I) isotope, nitrogen gas or the like; a plurality of valves(102a, 102b, 102d-102n) to perform blocking of a flow pass; plural reaction tanks(105a-105d) to synthesize reagents and iodine(I) isotope into a medicine through a chemical reaction; a heating block(104) for supplying heat energy to a reaction tank; a flow amount controller(107) for controlling the flow amount of fluids; a filter(108) to protect the movement of impurities; a temperature controller electrically connected to the heating block to control the temperature of the heating block; and a main controller to entirely control the system while controlling the valves, flow amount controller and temperature controller.
