METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLIDIFICATION AGENT USING WASTE AND METHOD FOR SOLIDIFYING ORGANIC SLUDGE USING SOLIDIFICATION AGENT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing solidification agent using waste is provided to prevent waste of resources and pollution of environment by recycling waste of business places, and a method for solidifying organic sludge using solidification agent is provided to reduce treatment cost and prevent environment pollution by solidifying cake type organic sludge using solidification agent. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing solidification agent using waste comprises a mixing step (S1) of mixing waste lime, waste gypsum, incineration ash, waste stone powder and sodium silicate dilute solution; a drying step (S2) of removing moisture content by drying the mixture after passing through the mixing step; a milling step (S3) of milling the mixture passing through the drying step into powder through a mill; and a solidification agent mixing step (S4) of mixing a powder mixture milled through the milling step with cement, wherein the drying step comprises first drying step (S2a) of primarily removing moisture content by naturally drying the mixture for 2 to 3 days; and second drying step (S2b) of secondly removing moisture content by passing the mixture through a heating dryer having a temperature of about 200 deg.C for approximately 25 to 35 seconds after the first drying step.
