CARPET STRETCHER, CONTROL DEVICE FOR CARPET STRETCHER, AND KNEE PROTECTION MEMBER FOR CARPET STRETCHER

PURPOSE: A carpet stretcher, a control device for the carpet stretcher, and a knee protection member are provided to spread the carpet conveniently by stretching and adjusting the length of the carpet stretcher body according to the size or the kind of the carpet and to protect the knee of the worker by using the soft knee protection member. CONSTITUTION: A carpet stretcher is composed of a clamping head(100) formed in the front of the carpet stretcher to clamp a carpet; a sliding member connected to the rear end of the clamping head to move the clamping head back and forth within the specific range; housing parts(110,120) covering the sliding member; a driving unit actuating the sliding member; and a carpet fixing unit(140) pressing and fastening the carpet. When the carpet is fastened with the clamping head and the carpet fixing part, the carpet is stretched by actuating the sliding member with the driving unit and by moving the clamping head forward as moving the sliding member.
