A kind of purpose: method, it is arranged to distribute the bandwidth of power strength and subcarrier for operating a sub-carrier in the multiple cell based on a kind of OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) system, interference between cells is minimized, to be sent to the increasing transmission efficiency of the data of the bandwidth of each subcarrier. Construction: if unit number is " N ", an OFDM system constitutes the bandwidth of effective subcarrier as " N " (S602). OFDM system sequentially or arbitrarily distributes the service class for being defined as " N " to each base station (S604). OFDM system discovers a User Status by base station controller (S606) within unit. If a user has (S608), OFDM system discovers whether user is a boundary user (S610). If so, OFDM system distributes certain subchannel set to the boundary user from a service class (S612).
