PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for screening a workpiece depending on the experimental result are provided to accurately screen a workpiece by correctly setting up the workpiece on a specific position of a rotating table. CONSTITUTION: A workpiece screening apparatus(40) comprises an discharge chute(33), a transferring table(42), a screening table(43), and at least one ventilation devices. An experiment-completed workpiece is screened by an experimental device(30). Plural workpiece retaining spaces are placed on the transferring table at a specific pitch in the circumferential direction. A leap-preventing wall is placed between the discharge chute and the workpiece retaining spaces. When the transferring table rotates, the workpieces continuously transferred through the discharge chute are independently and forcedly fallen to the workpiece retaining spaces. The workpieces are discharged to a corresponding box.
