PURPOSE: A device for rotating an outside mirror for a vehicle is provided to improve productivity and assembly efficiency by easily fixing a rotary body to a stay. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) includes a bracket(11) fixed to a vehicle and a plurality of fixing grooves(18). A rotary body(20) is rotatably installed at the top of the housing, and has a coupling hole and a fixing protrusion(28) coupled to the fixing groove. A stay(30) is rotatably installed at the housing, and is connected to the rotary body and an outside mirror. A spring(40) is inserted into the housing, and supports the stay toward the outside mirror. A through hole(29) is formed at the rotary body, and is communicated with the coupling hole. A pin coupling hole(39) is formed at the stay, and is communicated with the through hole. A connecting pin(50) is inserted into the through hole and the pin coupling hole to fix the rotary body to the stay.
