PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing native honey having a milky honeycomb making it possible to see the color and kind of honey stored in the hive when cutting the honeycomb, by preventing the honeycomb from being changed into yellowish brown or black and keeping the honeycomb in a semi-transparent milky color and soft state. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing native hone having a milky honeycomb making it possible to see the honey in a hive comprises steps of controlling a space between the bottom side of the hive and the honeycomb to be about 1-1.5cm when the size of the honeycomb is about 30-40cm and when it is about 20-30 days since native bees have started acting; opening the upper part of the hive and placing an obstacle plate with a number of holes in which the diameter of each hole enables a worker bee to pass freely but a queen bee not to pass; and sealing and layering a new hive on the obstacle plate so that the queen bee oviposits in the hive positioned under the obstacle plate and the worker bee builds a new honeycomb to store honey upward the obstacle plate, thereby preventing the honeycomb from being changed.
