DEVICE FOR FERMENTING GARBAGE AFTER REMOVING LEACHATE AND SALT THEREFROM FOR RECYCLING GARBAGE AS COMPOST

PURPOSE: Provided is a device for treating garbage which sorts out garbage by particle size, ferments moisture and salt removed garbage and recycles wastewater. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a sorter(10) sorting out garbage by particle size by using filtering nets, a transferring machine(20) putting the filtered garbage by the filtering net into a bucket(24) and transferring them to a post-treating process, a dehydrator(30) squeezing the transferred garbage by a basket plate(32) operated by a motor to dehydrate, a mixer(40) mixing the dehydrated garbage with a compost manufactured from a fermenter, a fermenter(50) receiving the mixture prepared from the mixer and fermenting it with anaerobic microorganisms, a pulverizer(60) pulverizing the filtered garbage with pulverizing drums rotated by a motor, a foreign materials removing machine(70) filtering foreign materials in the pulverized garbage through an upper and lower part straining net and a storage tank(80) receiving non-filtered garbage through the filtering nets, dehydrated moisture at the dehydrator and wastewater discharged from the foreign materials removing machine, fermenting them with microorganisms and recycling them through a perforated plate as a carbon source of a sewage treating process.
