摘要

PURPOSE: A method of forming corrosion protection coating on prestressed concrete strand by forming double corrosion protection coating on a core wire and side wires and performing a blasting process after formation of plating coating is provided to achieve improved adhesion of resin coating to plating coating and corrosion protection performance of resin coating. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step of forming a plating coating(12) on the outer surface of an element wire(11); a step of wire drawing the element wire where the plating coating is formed; a step of forming a prestressed concrete strand constituted by core wire and side wires, by twisting and combining element wires; a step of temporarily unwinding the prestressed concrete strand, and performing a blasting process on the core and side wires; a step of forming resin coating on the outer surfaces of the blasted core and side wires; and a step of cooling the resin coating, and re-twisting and combining the prestressed concrete strand.
