PURPOSE: Provided are a opening module of a reagent cartridge for opening a reagent container by unwinding of a screw, a reagent container, an analysis system having the opening module and a method for opening a reagent container. CONSTITUTION: The opening module comprises a carrier which is provided with a catch member capable of being closed firmly so as to prohibit rotation at a reagent container cover(20) at the under part, and induces the rotation of the reagent container cover by the rotation of the catch member; and a center setting unit(3) which is guided substantially inside the carrier, wherein the center setting unit has a snap-in member(5) capable of being connected with the reagent container cover by snapping, at the under part, and the reagent container cover is hooked to the snap-in member to follow the movement of the snap-in member at least partially.
