METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OFFERING DATA SYNCHRONIZATION SERVICE USED ON P2P2 COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT

PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering a data synchronization service used on a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) computing environment are provided to synchronize data shared among peer computing devices with advantages of a central data storage without using financial/management expenses for the central server. CONSTITUTION: A user interface(404) provides a user of the first computing device with options comprising groups for selecting/deselecting a data object and the second computing device for the synchronization, fixing a synchronization schedule for the second computing device, stopping/restarting the synchronization with the second computing device, and reporting a synchronization state of the data object. A data object synchronization service(402) realizes the data object synchronization selection of a user. A communication channel(210) communicates synchronization information with the selected second computing device.
