POST TENSIONING REINFORCEMENT METHOD USING JOINT UNIT AND TENSION NUT FOR SIMPLIFYING REINFORCEMENT WORK BY TENSIONING STIFFENER USING TORQUE WRENCH

PURPOSE: A post tensioning reinforcement method using a joint unit and a tension nut is provided to simplify a reinforcement work by tensioning a stiffener using a torque wrench simply and to re-tension a stiffener simply by the relaxation of a stiffener or the increase in load. CONSTITUTION: The end anchorage comprises: an end anchor plate formed in the elliptical shape; an anchor plate installed perpendicular to the end anchor plate and provided with through holes for a joint unit and a steel bar; and a load support for reinforcing the anchor plate. The post tensioning reinforcement using a joint unit and a tension nut comprises the steps of: connecting both ends of a stiffener to a joint unit; penetrating a joint unit or a steel bar provided with male screw threads through a through hole for a joint unit of an end anchor plate, then connecting to the opposite side of the anchor plate using a tension nut; connecting the opposite side of the stiffener and the end of the joint unit or the steel bar provided with male screw threads to the opposite side to the opposite end anchor plate through a central load support; tensioning a stiffener by rotating the tension nut using a torque wrench; and re-tensioning the stiffener to secure the strength by the relaxation of the stiffener or the increase in the applied load.
