PURPOSE: A method for remotely controlling and monitoring a cooling apparatus for an unattended or manned communication station by using a standard transmission control protocol and an Internet protocol is provided to control a cooling apparatus in real time and transmits a short message to an E-mail and a mobile phone of an operator if a matter is generated in the cooling apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In a state that a terminal client(50) on which a web browser is loaded is connected with a cooling apparatus(1) through an Internet network(30), if an event is detected as a request for a change of the cooling apparatus(1) by the terminal client(50), information related to the current state of a driving system is obtained to be supplied to a web server. An e-mail address of the corresponding client preliminarily set by a virtual client is automatically called by a CPU(Central Processing Unit) and state information of the current state of the cooling apparatus(1) are transmitted to the client in HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol) or web form through a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) communication control unit. Control data for remotely controlling the cooling apparatus(1) are supplied to the CPU through a CGI(Common Gate Interface) of the web server by clicking a control button of the web browser.
