PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for purifying closed waters capable of effectively purifying contaminated water of the closed waters by utilizing the water prepared by treating the contaminated water of the closed waters as a water for purification-treatment. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an adsorption mixer(2) receiving water from a water intake part(10) equipped at one side of closed waters(1) and mixing the water with an adsorbent with stirring, a floating purifier(3) separating floating materials from the mixed water supplied from the adsorption mixer and discharging them, and a concentrator(4) removing sludge from the purified water supplied from the floating purifier and discharging the purified water.
