FORMING STRUCTURE OF BASE PLATE FOR OUTDOOR UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR IMPROVING DAMPING ACTION CHARACTERISTIC AGAINST VIBRATION

PURPOSE: Forming structure of a base plate for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to reduce deformation of the base plate and to improve a damping action characteristic against vibration, by reducing sag caused by load and vibration transmitted from a compressor and gradient of a vibration power current. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a compressor and a condenser in which compressing action and condensing action are performed; an axial flow fan installed to the side of the condenser; a case protecting the apparatus; and a base plate(110) fixed to the bottom of the case in a state where the compressor is fixed. The shape of the whole forming part(120) of the base plate connecting a blowing part, to which the axial flow fan is fixed, and a machine room, to which the compressor is fixed, is formed in a state where several forming parts(120a,120b) are not interconnected except both ends of a side to reduce deformation of the base and to improve a damping action characteristic against vibration by reducing sag caused by load and vibration transmitted from the compressor and gradient of a vibration power current.
