PURPOSE: A circuit for controlling a local oscillator of a wireless communication device is provided to build a controller in a local oscillator, and to transmit each control signal to the local oscillator, thereby preventing outer noise from coming in while reducing a generation of a wrong operation. CONSTITUTION: A reference frequency oscillator(10) outputs a predetermined assigned reference frequency. An inner controller(41) generates a system clock signal, a data signal, and a latch enable signal by using the reference frequency to output the signals, and cuts off the outputting of the signals if a lock sensing signal is inputted at a high level. A local oscillator(42) inputs the signals outputted from the inner controller(41), outputs a local oscillating frequency, and outputs the lock sensing signal to the inner controller(41) if the local oscillating frequency is outputted.
