PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING RDF (REFUSE DERIVED FUEL) BY USING GARBAGE

PURPOSE: To make ground garbage to be semi-solid state by heating ground garbage, thereby preventing generation of garbage leachate during garbage being dewatered. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of grinding garbage; heating the ground garbage to remove moisture therefrom to a semi-solid state; mixing the semi-solid garbage with an agent for ignition promotion; squeezing and solidifying the mixture; and drying the solid garbage.
