PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically recognizing a card of a bus control system are provided to smooth the communication between a master card and a sub-card by stabilizing the system without an ID duplication as the sub card automatically generates an ID of the sub card by connecting the sub cards in serial. CONSTITUTION: The master card(10) transmits the ID representing a number to the first sub card(60(1)). The first sub card generates the first card ID through a program logic adding a predetermined number to the ID inputted from the master card. The second to the 'N'th sub card automatically generates the ID of each card through a program logic adding a predetermined numb to the ID generated/inputted from the previously card by sequentially connecting to the first sub card in serial.
