Construction: if buyer selects furniture purchase, it is judged that, background mapping upload function is selected (S12). If background mapping upload function is selected, a background image file is uploaded from buyer (S14). The background image file of upload is shown on an allocation window of a network address (S15). Furniture is arranged in the background mapping being shown on allocation window by a buyer PC (S16). If furniture installation is completed, the price of selected furniture is calculated/is shown in (S18) of computer screen.
