JIG FOR 5-AXIS NC MACHINING AND 3-D MEASUREMENT OF TURBO-MACHINERY PARTS CAPABLE OF DECREASING SETTING TIME

PURPOSE: A jig for 5-axis NC machining and 3-D measurement of turbo-machinery parts is provided to simplify a machining process and reduce setting time. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal block(3) slides horizontally, and a vertical block(2) moves up when a horizontal feed screw(4) is rotated. A rotary plate(5) encloses the vertical and horizontal blocks, and supports the side of the vertical block. The horizontal block has a horizontal dovetail sliding along a horizontal dovetail groove formed at the rotary plate. The vertical block is installed at the top of the horizontal block, and has a vertical dovetail sliding along a vertical dovetail groove.
