PURPOSE: A circular polarization microstrip ring type antenna is provided to increase an operating bandwidth by applying a strip-slot-foam-inverted patch structure to the circular polarization microstrip ring type antenna. CONSTITUTION: A circular polarization microstrip ring type antenna comprises a first dielectric substrate(25a); a second dielectric substrate(25b); a microstrip feed line(21) interposed between the first dielectric substrate and the second dielectric substrate; a foam(26) arranged on the second dielectric substrate, and which has a dielectric constant same as that of air; a ring antenna(22) built in the foam; a third dielectric antenna(25c) arranged on the foam embedded with the ring antenna; and a ground plate(24) arranged on the lower surface of the first dielectric substrate opposed to the ring antenna.
