PURPOSE: A hinge device is provided to improve productivity by reducing the man-hour for processing and assembling components and to heighten competitiveness by reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The hinge device(1) contains a support bracket and a shaft. A space washer(40), a secondary bracket(20), a space washer(40), a pair of disk springs(50) and a space washer(40') are coupled to the shaft(30) in order and the front of the shaft(30) is riveted on the final space washer(40'). The shaft(30) is formed to have a D-shaped section and the space washer(40) fitted to the shaft(30) is provided with a D-shaped through hole(41) which corresponds to the section of the shaft(30), and one or both sides of the space washer(40) and the secondary bracket(20) are provided with oil grooves.
