PURPOSE: A burglarproof device of an information storage medium is provided to add a locking function to a case where an information storage medium is received, and to unlock a locked state by an unlocking apparatus only, thereby preventing the information storage medium from being robbed. CONSTITUTION: A case(1) consists of a front case(10) and a rear case(20) for forming a receiving space of an information storage medium(3) between the cases(10,20) when being folded together. While the front case(10) and the rear case(20) are folded/unfolded together, the case(1) is open/shut. The information storage medium(3) is firmly received in a setting portion(21) formed by corresponding to the information storage medium(3) on the rear case(20). Plural square-shaped coupling rings(11,12,13) are formed side by side on one side of the front case(10). Plural square-shaped coupling rings(22,23,24,25) are formed side by side on one side of the rear case(20) by corresponding to the coupling rings(11,12,13) of the front case(10).
