PURPOSE: A data structure of the extended metadata for offering a digital broadcasting program service, and a system and a method for offering an adaptive program service using the same are provided to adaptively reconfigure a scene to an individual terminal by integrally managing a combination of terminal conditions and the resource information fit to each combination. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting program service providing tool(310) provides a program and the extended metadata. A personal program service providing tool(320) stores the program and the extended metadata received from the broadcasting program service proving tool, and provides the program adaptive to a use condition of a personal terminal(330) by using the resource matched with the terminal condition. The personal terminal controlling/playing tools(331,332) transmit the terminal condition and a user condition to the personal program service providing tool, and receive the adaptive program from the personal program service providing tool.
