SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY EXCHANGING/SELLING OVERSTOCK MATERIALS BETWEEN ENTERPRISES, AND EXCHANGING DATA AT ONE REGISTERATION

PURPOSE: A system for automatically exchanging/selling overstock materials between enterprises is provided to exchange/sell the overstock materials efficiently and quickly by informing a buyer of the needed information in real-time. CONSTITUTION: After logging in to an overstock materials exchange server(100), a user directly supplies the overstock materials by searching the enterprises(101-104) needing the overstock materials. If the user needs the overstock materials, the user buys the needed materials at a low price by searching the registered overstock materials. If the enterprise needing the overstock materials or the overstock materials is registered, the overstock materials information are automatically informed.
