METHOD FOR CALCULATING STANDARD TIME USING BOM

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for calculating a standard time is provided to calculate the standard time fast and accurately, and meet the increase of a calculation work according to the increase of product models by automating a standard time calculation work. CONSTITUTION: A product is classified depending on a manufacturing process influencing to the standard time calculation of the product. The BOM(Bill Of Material) including the feature information deciding the standard time needed for manufacturing the product and all parts of the product by each part number is generated. A basic unit database for managing a definition and a needed time of the work needed for each part number is generated. A total standard time needed for manufacturing the product is calculated by using the basic unit database for all parts written in the BOM.
