LAYERED FILM WHICH HAS EXCELLENT GAS BARRIER PROPERTY AND TRANSPARENCY BY CONTROLLING THE AMOUNT AND SIZE OF LAYERED INORGANIC COMPOUND AND THE MIXING RATIO OF THE LAYERED INORGANIC COMPOUND AND POLY(VINYL ALCOHOL) RESIN
PURPOSE: A layered film is provided, to improve gas barrier property and transparency by controlling the amount and size of a layered inorganic compound and the mixing ratio of the layered inorganic compound and a poly(vinyl alcohol) resin. CONSTITUTION: The layered film comprises a thermoplastic resin base film, and a resin composition layer comprising a layered inorganic compound and a poly(vinyl alcohol) resin, wherein the layered inorganic compound has a particle size of 0.1 micrometers or less, the ratio of the layered inorganic compound and a poly(vinyl alcohol) resin is 5:95 - 30:70 by weight in the resin composition layer and the resin composition layer comprises further a silane compound containing at least three alkoxy groups as a crosslinking agent. The content of the layered inorganic compound is 40-100 mg/m¬2 in the resin composition layer layered per unit area on the base film.
