PURPOSE: Provided is a fomentation room using zeolite, which helps a user to discharge metabolic waste products from the body, gives far infrared ray-emitting effects and maintains fomentation effects and humidity for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The fomentation room maintains the room temperature at a high temperature to cause a user to sweat and thus to be subjected to fomentation. The fomentation room includes sidewalls(10) on which a zeolite coating layer(11) obtained by mixing zeolite powder with a natural adhesive is applied. The bottom floor of the fomentation room includes a bottom layer formed by filling crushed zeolite ore(32) to the same height as boiler piping, a medium layer formed by mixing zeolite powder, sand and white cement, kneading the mixture with water and coating the resultant mixture, and a top layer formed by spreading a panel made of elvan(25).
