PURPOSE: A vegetation ground reinforcement method for cutting and banking slopes by a processed tension member and root plants by organic matters is provided to reinforce a slope eco-friendly by protecting a slope using roots and to maximize the land utilization. CONSTITUTION: The vegetation ground reinforcement method for cutting and banking slopes by a processed tension member and root plants by organic matters comprises the steps of: forming a primary bank by banking up on the footing ground to the appointed height, then locating a starch tension member(2) which contains compost and root plants(1) on the primary bank; forming a secondary bank by banking up on the primary bank to the appointed height, then locating a starch tension member which contain compost and root plants(1) on the secondary bank; and forming a banking plane to be inclined to be supported by the starch tension member(2) for the first appointed periods and to be supported by the root plants(1) after that time.
