PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring non-invasive blood components are provided to predict a particular blood component by a differential absorption spectrum and a statistical model. CONSTITUTION: A process for forming a statistical model is performed to change thickness of a measuring part of a test target within a predetermined thick range corresponding to a predetermined over-pressure and make the statistical model for blood components by using a differential absorption spectrum between absorption spectrums and measured density of particular blood components(310). A process for predicting blood components is performed to predict the corresponding blood component from the differential absorption spectrum by using the statistical model(320).
