STEEL FORM FOR PLACING CROSSBEAM CONCRETE OF PC BEAM FOR INSTALLING/DISMANTLING FORMS EASILY AND REGULATING WIDTH/HEIGHT OF FORMS SIMPLY

PURPOSE: A steel form for placing crossbeam concrete of a PC beam is provided to install and dismantle a form easily, to regulate the width and height of a form simply, to shorten a period of construction and to cut down the construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: The steel form for placing crossbeam concrete of a PC beam comprises: primary and secondary panel assemblies(100,200) connected with the upper ends of left panels(120,220) and the upper ends of right panels(130,230) by upper connectors(700) and composed of joint panels(110,210) and right and left panels(120,130,220,230), wherein the joint panels(110,210) are provided with many space control pipes(140,240) and the right and left panels(120,130,220,230) are fixed with both ends of space control pipes(140,240); a spacer member(300) connecting right and left lower panels(120,130,220,230) mutually to keep the space of right and left lower panels(120,130,220,230); right and left lower panels(120,130,220,230) coupled to each lower end of the right and left panels(120,130,220,230) by lower connectors(900) and overlapped to close up the lower ends of primary and secondary panel assemblies(100,200); and a height-regulating member(600) installing primary and secondary panel assemblies(100,200) between PC beams and regulating the installation height.
