METAL MOLD AND PREHEATING METAL MOLD SYSTEM TO BOTH MAKE EASY TO EXTRACT MOLDED ARTICLES FROM METAL MOLD AND PREVENT SUPERCOOLING OF MELT

PURPOSE: A metal mold is provided to obtain a work having good quality by easily extracting the work and blocking supercooling of molten iron, and a system for preheating the metal mold is provided. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an upper mold(10) comprising a plural divided parts that are axially divided into at least two or more parts; a lower mold(30) integrally formed and arranged on a lower part of the upper mold to manufacture a casting by working together with the upper mold; heaters(40a,40b) inserted into a heater insertion hole formed on the upper and lower molds; and a power supply part(50) connected to the heaters by power supply lines(60a,60b) to supply power source to the heaters, wherein the system further comprises temperature measuring sensors formed at a sensor insertion hole formed on the upper and lower molds to measure temperature of the upper and lower molds preheated by the heaters; and a controller(80) installed at the power supply line to control on/off operation of the heaters based on measurement results from the temperature measuring sensors.
