PURPOSE: A thermal power display apparatus of a gas oven is provided to let a user clearly know the strength of the thermal power and the like. CONSTITUTION: A thermal power display apparatus of a gas oven comprises a front panel(20), a knob(10), a display part(12), a switching unit, and a light emitting element(42). The front panel has a circular mounting hole(22) and a perspective window(24) formed to a side of the circular mounting hole. The knob is installed in a state of projecting to the front through the circular mounting hole. The rear of the knob is connected to a valve shaft(30). A pair of protrusions is formed to the rear end of the knob. The display part is radially extended from the knob and is situated to the rear of the front panel. An indication part indicating the degree of the thermal power is formed to the front of the display part. Light is transmitted at least partially through a portion mounted with the indication part. The switching unit is turned on/off by one of the protrusions of the knob. The light emitting unit is turned on/off by the switching unit.
