PURPOSE: A heating plate for an electric stone bed and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate fast and uniform heating of the electric stone bed to be readily used and to ensure semi-permanent use and high heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: bending a flange of a metal plate; inserting a heating element incorporating a plurality of heat pipes into a body of the bent metal plate; affixing a reflective heat-absorbing sheet onto an outer surface of each heat pipe; attaching a finishing sheet to an opening portion of the body of the metal plate; filling an urethane foam resin into a space of the body of the metal plate; and heating the body to make the urethane foam resin foam.
