METHOD FOR MANAGING DIGITAL IMAGE IN COMPACT DISK AND COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM IN WHICH PROGRAM EMBODYING DIGITAL IMAGE MANAGEMENT METHOD IS STORED, CAPABLE OF PROVIDING GRAPHIC USER INTERFACE FOR BURNING/EDITING/VIEWING PROCESSES

PURPOSE: A method for managing a digital image in a compact disk is provided to prestore a digital image management program including a CD burning module in a CD, and to simultaneously mount/execute the stored program in a computer CD driver, thereby quickly and easily performing burning/editing/viewing processes. CONSTITUTION: A CD is mounted on a computer(S21). A CD burning module is registered in the computer according to an auto-run method, and a temporary folder is generated in a hard disk of the computer(S23). The first graphic user interface including a burning button and a search window is provided(S25). A digital image file to be stored is selected from image files stored in each storage area of the hard disk or other supplementary storage device through the search window(S27). By driving the CD burning module with the burning button, the selected image file is stored in the second storage area of the CD(S29).
