PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling a liquid is provided to quickly cool a liquid by enlarging convective heat transfer, and take out hygienic liquid directly cooled in a regular temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cooling container(11) is formed in circular or square shape to be filled with a refrigerant. An expansion valve(8) is connected with a compressor(3) and a condenser(4) to compress and condense the refrigerant, and to vaporize the condensed refrigerant by inserting the refrigerant into the cooling container to cool the refrigerant. A circulation pipe(12) is formed in coil shape in a bore of the cooling container to insert and circulate the liquid to be cooled.
