MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, A RADIO BASE STATION UNIT AND A POWER CONTROL METHOD USED THEREFOR, PARTICULARLY FOR ALLOWING A MOBILE STATION TERMINAL TO MAINTAIN RECEPTION QUALITY OF DOWNLINK INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL CONTROL CHANNEL AT A UNIFORM LEVEL
PURPOSE: A mobile communication system, a radio base station unit and a power control method used therefor are provided to prevent degradation of overall reception capability of a mobile station terminal. CONSTITUTION: A baseband unit(11) of a radio base station unit(1) processes rate matching and performs various measurements. A radio link is installed between the radio base station unit(1) and a mobile station(2). A downlink individual physical channel(100) is formed by time division multiplexing of an individual physical data channel(101) and an individual physical control channel(102). Optimization of balance in transmission power between the time division multiplexed individual physical data channel(101) and individual physical control channel(102) is searched. The individual physical data channel(101) is encoded to an error correction code such as a turbo code or a convolution code and has high error correction capability. The individual physical control channel(102) is not encoded and has no error correction capability. Thus, when power is controlled to satisfy a request for the quality of the individual physical data channel(101), a request for the quality of the individual physical control channel(102) cannot be satisfied, and worse, a call can be intercepted. Thus, the current mobile communication system of CDMA can maintain transmission power difference between the individual physical data channel(101) and the individual physical control channel(102) as a fixed value.
