PURPOSE: A coil winding apparatus is provided to automatically wind a coil on the circumferences of bobbins which are fit to a plurality of rotating shafts, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A coil winding apparatus comprises a base(10); a rotating shaft(15) mounted on the base and connected to a motor, and which has a front end with an accommodation portion(16) for accommodation of a bobbin; a transfer unit(20) mounted on the base in such a manner that blocks(21,24,27) of the transfer unit reciprocate in X-axis, Y-axis, and X-axis directions by motors(25,28); a guide bar(30) connected to the transfer unit, and which has a coil guide(31) for guiding the coil wound on the bobbin; one or more cutter units(40) connected to the motors or a cylinder(44) in such a manner that the cutter units cut the coil wound on the bobbin; and a control unit(50) connected to the motors and the cylinder such that the control unit controls the motors and the cylinder.
