PURPOSE: An ice-making plate of an ice machine is provided to increase the cooling efficiency of the ice machine and to easily achieve thermal equilibrium of each ice-making projection, by reducing the volume. CONSTITUTION: An ice-making plate(240) of an ice machine includes an ice-making plate body(241) combined to an evaporation pipe(180) and cooled when the ice machine is driven, and plural ice-making projections(250) installed to the bottom surface of the ice-making plate, to be soaked in ice-making water received in a tray when the ice-making plate body is cooled. The ice-making plate body includes a first connection part connecting the ice-making projections arranged adjacently to each other along the main shaft direction of the evaporation pipe; a second connection part connecting the ice-making projections arranged adjacently to each other along a direction vertical to the main shaft direction of the evaporation pipe; and a third connection part connecting the first and second connection parts. The first, second, and third connection parts are formed with each different thickness.
