STRUCTURE OF CONDENSER FOR HEAT EXCHANGER FOR IMPROVING PROCESSING AND ASSEMBLING EFFICIENCY

Purpose: a structure of the condenser for a heat exchanger saves a fixing process by a combination operation and a spot welding and is arranged to the reduction for improving processing and assembling efficiency and preventing heat exchange efficiency by condenser by the foreign matters that are generated by spot welding of limitation. Construction: the refrigerant tube unit (10) for exchanging heat by the Heat transmission movement of the refrigerant flow of a refrigerant tube includes internal and external refrigerant tube unit (11,12). It is spiral that refrigerant tube unit is formed in one. One end of internal refrigerant tube unit is connect with the other end of external refrigerant tube unit. One bracket (15) is placed on the lower part of external refrigerant tube unit, steadily to support the condenser on bottom face. Multiple clip piece (20) is mounted in condenser and steadily fixes between internal and external refrigerant tube unit. The both sides of clip piece are arranged in be readily inserted into each refrigerant tube (11a, 12a) of spiral helicine refrigerant tube unit in multiple slot unit.
