PURPOSE: A device and a method for transmitting the order/delivery information using the SMS(Short Message Service) on a telephone number searching system are provided to offer aid for securing customers by maximizing use and utilization of the telephone number searching system, as offering delivery information to the customer and processing an order by linking with the telephone number searching system. CONSTITUTION: A telephone number database storing part(20) stores telephone number of a deliverer terminal(40) to transmit the SMS by relating the telephone number to a company. A relay server(30) receives an orderer telephone number to receive the SMS and the order information when the orderer selects the company by searching the telephone number, and transmits the orderer telephone number and the order information to the deliverer terminal through the SMS by accessing the telephone number of the deliverer terminal stored in the telephone number database storing part. The deliverer terminal receives the orderer telephone number and the order information transmitted from the relay server, and inputs/transmits delivery possibility/time to an orderer terminal(50).
